Eating for Beauty. OrganiQ Pure Beauty Salad.

Posted by on

Inspired by the blue zones and packed with skin conditioning and anti ageing ingredients. I designed this to be a full meal when combined with clean protein such as an organic egg or free range chicken or wild caught fish.

My version contains wild grown Kangaroo Island ingredients but what matters most is the balance of nutrients and ofcourse buying local where possible.

The bluezones are a number of geographical  regions that have been scientifically documented to have the oldest living people and lowest rates of chronic disease compared to any where else in the world.

Our salad is inspired by Icaria (Greece): Icaria is an island in Greece where people eat a Mediterranean diet rich in olive oil, red wine and homegrown vegetables.
