Skin Nourishing Yoga Smoothie

This is my go to smoothie after a swim and full body detox scrub! 


Good food = good digestion = GOOD SKIN

Yoga = balanced wellbeing = GOOD SKIN

Nourishing body scrub = Rocking sense of self = GOOD LIFE




So here is the Recipe and the ingredient break down. Test this baby out before your next beach run or Yoga practice! 

AND - don't forget to scrub!!! ( exfoliation cleanses ,  encourages detoxification and helps make skin Beautiful!!)

1 Frozen Banana

1/4 Cup Organic Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 Tsp Maca powder

1/4 Cup frozen Blueberries

1 Cup Coconut Milk


Dash of Cinnamon

Pinch of Mineral Salt



 Blueberries: contains potent antioxidants high in vitamin A & C (immune booster).

 Hemp Seeds: perfect to add to post-workout smoothies for the best source of plant protein. It contains all essential fatty acids (omega 3, omega 6 and GLA). 

Maca Powder:  known to balance hormone levels, reduce stress and increase your energy! It's loaded with amino acids, vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber.

 Organic Rolled Oats: Great carbohydrate with high protein levels and fibre to help support healthy digestion. 

 Cinnamonhas an antimicrobial effect that is known to eliminate bad breath and great for belly health.
