Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.
I have practiced yoga for over ten years... and there is so much that I still can't "do" ... but i prefer to say... there is still so much to Learn!!

My yoga practice has literally saved my life... given me strength, awareness, helped me balance stress and support my hormones.... helped me face my fears.
