Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.

I have practiced yoga for over ten years... and there is so much that I still can't "do" ... but i prefer to say... there is still so much to Learn!!

You don't need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga.

YOGA - is a journey with no official destination

YOGA - is a system - a health system like a skin system

Yoga  has taught me alot, about self care and about the body as a vehicle.

Natural food, moving your body in specific ways... moving away from thoughts

These things factor in to every day life.

You challenge yourself in a yoga class, make shapes you never thought were possible. Yoga teaches you that you may be able to achieve things you didn't believe… in other areas of life.

Yoga helps create a sense of clarity in your mind

it helps you to judge less... both your own ability and those around you, Nothing is perfect and not one person is the same... but we all have the potential to create something amazing...

if we are willing to ... Take - The - Necessary - Steps

Physically, Mentally, Nutritionally and Emotionally .

As you move your body and breath in different ways, your circulation changes, your brain cells actaully change… and of course… your body does!!

My yoga practice has literally saved my life... given me strength, awareness, helped me balance stress and support my hormones.... helped me face my fears.

My Practice is part of my every day routine

part of who i am

a guiding voice, a physical release... a reminder of what I can achieve

Yoga is part of OrganiQ

I am now a qualified yoga teacher. I work one on one and with small groups developing Yoga and Lifestyle programs. I want to help others, what ever their needs ... to become empowered in transforming their wellbeing. xx please email me for details
