I am not dealing well with these cold mornings.
Even after a warming shower and Body Scrub, I notice that my Skin is dry, My feet are cold and My eyes are looking tired. BUT I don't eat porridge… so I needed to find a good warming smoothie for my breakfast
Fortunately i don’t need to go fossicking in the hills and bush to find my ingredients!
One Sunday trip to the Farmers Market and The Field Wholefoods and I am set!!
I hope you enjoy this recipe, just dont forget to Nourish your Skin on the outside too. Wind, Rain and cold weather, really depletes the skin of nutrients. A daily Scrub will support skin turnover and a healthy glow. Organic Elixir can keep skin nourished and replace lost nutrients!
