An Easter Recipe to make you Glow

Nourishing Vegan Chocolate Mousse


This is a recipe filled with skin conditioning  and digestive system nourishing ingredients.

Every single ingredient has a health benefit and we think it taste better than any chocolate wrapped in foil.

Better for the environment and better for your body!



  • 2 very ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, flesh scooped
  • 2 tbs the almond farmer almond butter
  • 1/2 cup (40g) Loving Earth raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs Ayum coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Pana cacao nibs
  • 2 x 125g punnets raspberries


Place the banana, avocado, nut butter, cacao powder, coconut milk and a pinch of salt in a blender and whiz until smooth. Pour into a shallow serving dish, then cover and chill for 30 minutes or until set. Scatter with the cacao nibs and berries to serve.
