Nourishing your Body in Winter

 Nourishing your Body in Winter

It is perfectly natural to notice a drop in mood and motivation in winter.

Cold days, less sunshine, skin changes and often a bit of weight gain can make you feel miserable.

But winter is such a necessary season for transition, restoration and growth. A time to evaluate, and re boot your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. xx

However,  the right routine and foods should keep you going strong an energised with minimal need for vitamin pills.

Hearty soups to replace nutrients, Energising yoga practices, to strengthen and tone and heat the body.

Morning beach walks to awaken the spirit.

Massage, Warm Baths, Open fires and Natural Skin care to maintain a radiant glow

There is so much to be grateful for

The Season is going to be here regardless, but you have the power to choose your experience.

I always make Balanced  Wellbeing my focus. For myself, for OrganiQ and for all the people that i connect with.
